We guarantee a high quality finish to the products with the intricate detailing in each piece. In addition we do customise and personalise a lot of our pieces as well. Our prices are very competitive and we believe we are a perfect crossover between luxury and value.

We offer a range of extremely wide range of products therefore, unfortunately we aren't able to exchange or buyback any of them. We absolutely do stand by our product, all pieces come with an inhouse certificate and a two year guarantee. 

We however offer any exchange incase the size is an issue for rings or bangles.

Our pricing across board is standardised should you choose to shop in store and try on the piece vs shopping our e store in the comfort of your own home.

We bill every transaction whichever mode of payment we receive. 

We do deposit each and every transaction. Irrespective of how you choose to pay we do bill it the same way in our system. Luckily it's only 3 percent in our sector.

As a policy we do not offer discounts. A huge amount of effort and attention to detail goes into the making of each and every piece from the order stage to the final executed product. It would not be fair to offer a discount considering how well priced we are 🙂 We do however offer discounts two-three times a year on our website or at our store.

 We provide all kinds of customization. There is a separate page where you can fill up all your details along with your phone number and we will get back to you for further disussions. Apart from Swarovski stones we do not customize with any other stone.

We can deliver pan India. Shipping is insured and absolutely free. 

However worldwide is tricky due to varying duties. Tell us where you need us to deliver and we will do our best to help.

If we have the piece ready in stock, it take 4 days to be delivered.

Incase of any resizing it take a week.

If there is a custom order we take upto three weeks to deliver the product.

Incase you have a timeframe you need it by, please let us know and we will do our best to deliver it within the timeframe.

No we don't offer cash on delivery. Payment needs to be made in full before shipping of the piece.

Usually when they are made to size they do fit quite snugly on the wrist. If you order online you can always measure you wrist size as shown in the video and we will size it accordingly.

If it is a small and simple repair we can do it. Incase of any lock breakage or if

a Swarovski stone falling off quite soon after we have completed the sale we do not charge for the same. However if it is a MAJOR repair, We can do it on a chargeable basis. Incase the rhodium dulls before 2 years after you have followed all measures to take care of your jewellery, we will rhodium it for you without any charge.

We assure you that all pieces are made from the same mould. There may be some variation but that is marginal as our jewels are all handcrafted with love and care.
